The Philippine Cultural Education Program (PCEP) of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is conducting an assessment of the impact of COVID-19 on the role of the Filipino Cultural Educators. The study aims to document the cultural occupation and the audience of cultural educators of PCEP and establish the changes caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Please help the PCEP by completing this short survey, which should not take less than 20 minutes of your time.
The information collected from this survey will help PCEP and other agencies initiate plans to provide relevant support to cultural workers and preserve their role in putting culture at the core of education, governance, and sustainable development in the new normal.
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we also wish to ensure that all information gathered will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. By completing and submitting the survey, you are indicating your consent to participate in this study. In the last part of the questionnaire, your contact details, should you wish to include them, will be crucial in helping PCEP stay in contact with you for verification purposes. You may or may not answer the last section.
